Broomfields Workshop at COLONIAL GASTROMY EVENT

Ryan Broomfield joins colonial gastronomer Jacqui Newling at Australia’s oldest surviving homestead, Elizabeth Farm, to explore the art of traditional pie making.

After enjoying a culinary tour of Elizabeth Farm, you will have the opportunity to get hands-on in the Macarthur’s 1820s kitchen and prepare a traditional style pie, ready to bake at home in a yours-to-keep pie tin. Once the workshop is over you can tuck into a Broomfield pie.
